Lest we forget that not everyone is Irish, or wanna be Irish, I want to give a mention to the Spring Festival happening this Sunday, Mar 18 at Freedom Park. This is going to be an all day celebration of Hispanic culture with exhibits, food, and of course, music. What is any Latino celebration without music? The event is co-sponsored by the City of Las Vegas Dept of Leisure Services and the Las Vegas Mexican Patriotic Committee. This isn’t Pahrump, people, we Las Vegans have room for everyone in our tent. $5 adults, children 12 & under free. Freedom Park, East Washington Ave and Mojave Rd.
