Winchester Cultural Center will present the Featuring Local Independent Cinema (FLIC) program monthly, usually the last Sunday of the month @ 2pm. Caution: Times and days of the week can change. Full-length and short films produced by local filmmakers will rotate every other month. Viewings will be followed by a discussion hour. Tickets $3.

Submissions of film, digital or video are now being accepted on DVD. The entries will be screened and selected by a judging committee, reserving the right to select films suitable for viewing by either mature or general audiences. Non-English language entries must be sub-titled.

Deadline for end of month screening is the 1st of the month. There is no submittal fee. Entries may be submitted personally during operating hours or by mail, attn Joseph House.
