Sandmonkey retweeting for Middle East revolutions
A Point of View, Egypt, Politics | Sandra | February 16, 2011 at 10:02Sandmonkey is carrying the torch for fellow democracy protesters in the hotbed of brewing revolutions in the Middle East:
2 hours ago: “Dear Iran, Algeria and Bahrain revolution tweets, please let me know who u r, so I can follow u and retweet u.”
He got lots of replies:”Don’t forget Libya!!!”
By the way – although I like Sandmonkey as a name – his parents called him Mahmoud Salem. He describes himself as “Micro-celebrity, Blogger, activist, New Media douchebag, Pain the ass!” Maybe that’s why Waed Gohnim is getting all the media attention.
