It is unclear if they are dead or alive. The message to freedom fighters is: “This is what will happen to you if you don’t stop now.”
Pro-Gaddafi forces are taking injured from hospitals. It is unknown what happens to them, but I can guess.
Members of the military are being executed for refusing to follow orders to either shoot protesters or bomb/strafe from the air.
Soldiers’ families are being held hostage in Tripoli to try to curb further defections from the army.

Your video is “up” in the comments section if anyone wants to watch. The fact that it appeared on Libyan State TV greatly diminishes its credibility in the eyes of many. I don’t understand the Arabic which is a big disadvantage.
